Should my Swaddle UP™ be bunching?

We wanted to ensure you that all the Love To Dream garments undergo intensive fit and wear testing to ensure the best fit for baby.

Detailed Answer

The zip may bunch at the chest during wear. We want to assure you that this is not a problem unless the bunching “excess” material covers the nose or mouth of your baby and obstructs her breathing.

We do not think this is unsafe however, as the parent, we kindly ask you to use your discretion and should you feel that the fabric is physically covering your babies mouth or nose, we recommend ceasing use immediately of the existing size and wait a couple more weeks until your baby is a little bigger.  Please bear in mind that although Love To Dream perform extensive pre-production trials and fittings to ensure the Swaddles are the correct fit for most babies, we appreciate that all babies are different and unique in size and shape.
