If your Rockit Rocker does not start, or takes multiple button presses to start:
Make sure that it is not mounted flat on its side – it should be pointed as close to vertical as possible (think of a rocket taking off) with the button on the top. Most people mount their Rockit Rocker on the side of the stroller at around a 45 degree angle – it should work well like this.
Check you are using good quality batteries. We recommend Alkaline batteries. Zinc Carbon batteries are not powerful enough to run the product.
