The red screen means that there isn’t enough water on your Sterilizer's heater plate for the appliance to run properly. This can occur if you didn’t add enough water to begin the sterilization process or the appliance used up all of the water before sterilization cycle finished.
To address this, let the Sterilizer Dryer fully cool, then add 4 fluid ounces of water to the heater plate. Then try the appliance again.
If the Sterilizer Dryer begins working, then the issue is resolved. If it doesn’t, then your Sterilizer Dryer has a more serious issue that will need to be addressed by our Customer Care Team. You can get in touch with them here.
