If your Bottle Washer shows an error message, don’t worry, most issues can be easily fixed at home!
Before starting any troubleshooting:
Unplug your machine and wait 15 minutes before trying again. This quick reset often clears temporary issues.
Error Code E1
What it means: A general reset may be needed.
What to do:
- Unplug your machine and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes.
- Plug it back in and try again.
If the error appears again, please contact our support team for help.
Error Code E4
What it means: The magnet sensor couldn’t detect correctly.
Try this:
- Make sure your machine is clean and descaled.
- Empty the wastewater tank.
- Fill the clean water tank slightly above the fill line.
- Restart your machine.
If you see another error, follow the steps for that code. If the E4 error keeps appearing, please contact us for further assistance.
Error Code E5
What it means: There’s water left inside the sump.
To fix this:
- Press and hold the Wash Mode and Sterilise/Dry buttons together for about 7 seconds.
- This activates the discharge pump and clears any remaining water.
Once complete, restart your machine.
Error Code E8
What it means: The system needs a short reset.
What to do:
Unplug your machine, wait 15 minutes, then plug it back in and restart.
This should clear the message.
Error Code H2O
This message usually means one of two things:
- Low water level: Add more water to the clean water tank and restart the sterilisation cycle.
- Mineral build-up: Descale your machine to remove any buildup on the heating plate.
