There are a few reasons why your Crane may be leaking. Try these simple steps to hopefully rectify the issue.
- Fill the tank with water and let it sit, off the base, for 30 minutes. Do you see a leak? Try holding the tank on an angle and turn it slowly to see if there is a leak along the seam.
- Place 1 cup of water into the base without the water tank on the base and let it sit for 30 minutes. Is there water leaking from the base of the humidifier?
- Have you added essential oils or medicine vapours into the water tank itself?
