My formula is not listed - what do I do?

New formulas are regularly brought to market, and manufacturers change their ingredients.  If you cannot find the formula you use on the Baby Brezza settings website, we will be happy to test this for you (it is impossible to keep on top of all the changes). To ensure we test the correct formula please send us the following.

  • Image of the front of the tin/box
  • Image of the back of the tin/box
  • Where and when you purchased the formula.

We aim to complete the testing and reply to you within 14 days of receiving the above information.  We will work out the correct setting for your milk powder so that the Formula Pro Advanced can deliver the correct nutrition for your baby every time. Until we confirm the formula setting details, please do not use the Formula Pro Advanced machine to prepare your baby’s milk, but make the bottles needed by hand to ensure you are feeding your baby the correct consistency of formula.
