Summary

If ordered before 12pm on a weekday, we'll dispatch your order the same day. After that, it's up to our couriers. See below for more.

Detailed Answer

For smaller, lower-value orders - such as swaddles and nappy bin liners - we normally send parcels with Royal Mail by second class post. This isn't a tracked service. If your order hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, please get in touch and we can start a claims process for you and send out a replacement. Please also double check your delivery address.


For larger, high-value orders - such as pushchairs and safety gates - we send orders out with a courier. This is tracked service, but we won't have your tracking number until after dispatch. If you've provided us with a mobile number, the courier will send you your tracking information. These orders go out on a two day service, but often arrive next day. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can start a claims process and get you a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
