Do you price match?

Our prices are always set competitively and we always try to give you a little bit more with an extra special service. However, if you find an alternative comparable UK store or website offering a lower price in Sterling in the UK, for an identical product that is new, undamaged and in stock at that store, then we will match the price when you purchase from us.

Our Price Match Promise


If you would like to Price Match, then please contact us on 01730 895761 or help@cheekyrascals.co.uk. You will need to provide us with:

  • your name and address;
  • your Cheeky Rascals Sales Order number (if you have already ordered the item from us);
  • the name and address of the retailer you are price matching with;
  • the description and price of the product;
  • either the web address for the product on the retailer’s website and a dated screenshot of the relevant product page or a dated photo proving an in-store price at a retailer.


 
The competitive price will need to be verified by our team, and we will come back to you with our price match offer within 2 working days. If you have not yet ordered the product, you will then have 2 days to confirm your order.

If you have already ordered the product from us, then you will need to request the price match within 5 working days of placing the order. Any refunds will be made to the payment method or card used to make the original purchase.

Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cheeky Rascals promotional codes, discounts or special offers and is restricted to one of each item per customer.

Specifically, our Price Match Promise applies to:

  • products advertised on VAT registered UK listed websites, or in stores located in the UK where prices are in Sterling;
  • products that are absolutely identical to our own. This includes make, model, size, colour, included accessories and compliance with UK safety standards;
  • the total cost of the identical and equivalent quantity of the product including delivery charges, VAT and customisation charges;
  • product that is new, undamaged and is in stock ready for immediate collection / dispatch.


We pride ourselves on our customer service and after-sales support, we therefore exclude certain instances where the comparison is not necessarily a fair one.

  • The offer is on an auction site such as eBay, or where it is offered for sale by a private individual.
  • To price match, the price has to be publicly available. Special prices that are only available to certain individuals or for a limited time, e.g. membership clubs, factory outlet sites, flash sale sites or home shopping channels are therefore excluded.
  • Our price match promise is product specific and does not apply to any store-wide promotions or discounts
  • The price match is limited to individual products, so is not possible where the item is part of a bundle or multi-buy offer, or where a voucher code is required to achieve a special price.
  • Price matching offer does not apply to 3rd party retailers such as those found on Amazon marketplace, play.com etc. (items must be sold direct from Amazon, play.com or other equivalent site)
  • We also exclude offers by retailers who are closing down or in administration.
  • We reserve the right to reasonably refuse to price match if any similar special circumstances apply.
