If you have ordered before 12pm on a weekday, we'll dispatch your order the same day. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Smaller orders are sent out with the Royal Mail by first class post. This isn't a tracked service. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please get in touch and we can help you start a claims process and advise on next steps.
Larger orders are sent out with a courier. This is tracked service. These orders go out on a two day service, but often arrive next day. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of dispatch please get in touch and we can help you start a claims process and advise on next steps.
